This Policy sets out the principles and procedures regarding the collection, processing, storage, sharing and destruction of your personal data processed by our Company within the framework of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and other relevant legislation.

4. Transfer of Personal Data
Express Global Logistics may transfer your personal data to third parties within the following scope. Transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:
Legal Obligations: Authorized public institutions and organizations, and courts (e.g. Ministry of Customs and Trade, tax offices, law enforcement units).
Business Partners and Suppliers: Sub-carriers (road, sea, air, rail operators), customs brokers, warehouse service providers and software/support service providers from whom we receive transportation services. Transfer is made only for the purpose of contract execution and service delivery.
Transfer Abroad: Since our logistics services are global, your data may be transferred to agencies, partners or service providers abroad (e.g. our logistics partners in Europe, Asia, the USA). These transfers are made to countries with adequate protection within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK or where your explicit consent has been obtained.
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for personal marketing purposes.
5. Storage and Destruction of Personal Data
Your personal data is stored for the period required by the processing purposes mentioned above and, in any case, for the statute of limitations periods stipulated by the relevant legislation (e.g. 5-10 year storage periods in the Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law).
When these purposes and periods expire, your personal data is securely destroyed by our Company ex officio or upon your request using technical and administrative methods (e.g. deletion, destruction or anonymization).
6. Rights of the Personal Data Owner (KVKK Article 11)
Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, as a personal data owner, you have the following rights. To exercise these rights, you may apply to us through our contact channels provided in the next article.
You may request the following:

– Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK.

– Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your processed personal data exclusively through automated systems.
– Request compensation for the damage you suffer due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
